- Successfully completed course in the Inspection of Crawlspaces - INACHI

- Successful completion of Course dealing with Central Air Conditioning systems- Bellman Group.
- I fulfill at least twenty(20) hours of continuing education every year per ASHI requirements. In addition, six (6) hours of continuing education per year are required to maintain the State of Illinois licensing conditions.
